What is Life Coaching?
Life coaching is a collaborative relationship with a trained professional. Our coaching partnership will help you understand where you are in life and help you find the information and skills necessary to get you where you want to be.
A life coach talks with you about your personal situation, your goals, your strengths and your challenges.
Your life coach is a 'personal assistant' to help you through important changes in your life.
Coaching does require a time commitment. But it easily fits into your busy schedule.
You purchase blocks of time and then use those up in half hour or hour increments. Some people only purchase a small block of four hours at first, and then after they have used that time, they purchase another block of 4,6 or 8 hours. You can take as long as you like to use up that block of time. You can have sessions every week, every two weeks, or further between than that. How you use that block of time is entirely up to you. When you are just focusing on your personalized situation, you can get quite a lot accomplished in eight 30-minute sessions with your coach.
Coaching can be done over the phone, over webcam, or in person in my office. I have coached people who live hundreds of miles from me. I have done phone or webcam coaching sessions with people while they were at work on a break, between college classes, on the phone while they commuted to or from work, and when they were at home still in their pajamas.
If you want to "try it out" before purchasing a package, you can purchase a single session of 30 or 60 minutes and if you don't feel great about coaching, I will refund you the money you spent on the first session. I am confident that you will want more than one session, once you see how great it is to have a personal coach.
